          & sellers keep 75%

  • 4 = shop SUPER & 1/2 price sale early

  • LIMIT of 400 tags per seller #

  • GOOD TO EXCELLENT condition-

    • ​Baby - limit 50 for 12 mo. & under

    • Junior's clothing (Limit 25) 

    • Women's clothing (Limit 25)

    • Men's clothing (Limit 25)

    • Junior's/Women's Accessories (Limit 25)

    • Women's shoes (Limit 5) 

    • NOT ACCEPTED

      • ​Undergarments​ unless new

      • Location/vacation t-shirts

      • Grade school logo attire 

      • Outdated clothing (< 5 yrs)

      • Items with too much wear or odor

  • TOYS

    • ​​Must have batteries & be charged

    • Puzzles - take pic assembled

    • Games- take pic w/ all parts

    • ​NOT ACCEPTED

      • Not working items or missing pieces

      • Bags of giveaways, free or junk toys

  • BABY ITEMS & EQUIPMENT - Safety is important to us so please check the resources below.  ​

  • SHOES must be in EXCELLENT condition​

  • BOOKS children & adults

    • Adults (limit 5)​

  • HOME decor, furniture & more (limit 25 )

  • Log-in to Account & Select Event

  • Click on MANAGE ITEMS

    • Click ADD button

    • Click ADD PHOTO button

    • Second photo available for items $10 & up​​​​

    • Select CATEGORY

    • Select SIZE/SUBCATEGORY

    • Fill in BRAND

    • Fill in DESCRIPTION & type of clothing

    • Select a PRICE 

      • Minimum price is $3

      • Price at least 50% off retail

      • Good guideline is 1/3 of retail

      • ​​Price varies on brand & condition

      • .50 per item is added by the system to your price.  This is paid by the buyer. 

    • DISCOUNT- Select if you want items to be marked 50% off for half-price sales

    • DONATE- Does not apply to online

WEEK BEFORE THE SALE 

  • Items will be uploaded daily

    • Uploaded items will be locked.

      • If any items need a change, contact us.​

    • If any items are rejected seller will be notified via email notification

      • Reasons for rejection: photo did not upload, poor quality, staining or condition.​

WEEK OF THE SALE 

  • Our resale community does GREAT when we all do our part, here's how you can help! 

    • Repost, share, and comment on our social.​

    • Tell/post to your friends about your selling

    • Snap a pic of your shopping HAUL & share about being a seller rockstar!

    • Tell YOUR peeps!

  • Sellers shop EARLY Wed @ 6pm

  • Settlement reports will not be updated until AFTER online sale closes at the end (NOT daily). You will not see sold items daily!

PRINT & ATTACH TAGS 

  • DO NOT PRINT until after the sale

    • We will email you when to print.

    • Items DO NOT show sold in your account until AFTER the sale. It does NOT update during the sale. You will receive an email that says it's time to print tags.

  • ​Log-In to Account & Select event

    • Click on Settlement report

  • Prepare Items​​

    • Attach tag securely-

      • do not attach promo material

    • Small Items- Bag & seal w/tape​

    • ​Large items - Place tag visibly

    • Use gift wrap tape to prevent tearing

    • Do NOT combine items w/same code
      (Code is on the top right of the tag)

    • Clothing can be hung or folded

      • hangers not required​

    • Attach parts securely​

  • Arrange alphabetically by 3-letter code
    to make drop-off quicker.

DROP OFF SOLD items 

  • Bring only SOLD items to the venue.

  • Check-in & then scan your items in. 

  • When finished you will place items in orders by code.

  • Please allow 20 minutes per 50 items.

  • SELLER FINES 

    • Bring EVERY sold piece!!

    • Offense for rejected/missing: 

      • $5/ item listed under 10 

      • ​$10/ item more than $10

    • After 3rd offense seller review

​PAYMENT

  • Echecks will be emailed within 7 days 
​

TRANSFER

  • Log-In to Account & Select new sale

  • Click on item transfer

  • Select the sale you want your items transferred from

  • Select items you want to transfer

  • Click transfer

  • Category & size MUST be confirmed

  • Pictures can be added for online sale
